I personally think a person should know to analyse news before they blog it but we know the FTC is running out of ideas when they cooked this one up.

There is an intersting thing about this article I would like to point out..if you read the actual article here there is no mention of twitter..only a screenshot of the site which could just stand as a computer shot rather than saying that she was tweeting. I'm not questioning this fully as I don't know the full story but they would not know what she was doing anyway since the computer would be fried after getting dropped in the tub. All I'm saying is a news source like Gizmodo should watch if indeed they did make this mistake.
