The new feeds

As  I start to move services I am implementing a few changes that you should be aware of. I am putting up new feeds for the podcasts which means if you don't want to miss any podcast content then you need to plug in new feeds into the podcatcher you use to get our content. The list bellow will give you the feeds to use. The change will happen over the next month and I will give you updates on the podcasts themselves so you can be aware. The only podcast this change does not effect is God Is Great because I had enough hindsight to already run the feed through feedburner when I first started the podcast.

The new studio layout

We recently remodeled the samcast studios and just like last time I figured I would give you a tour of the new changes we have made.

I'm very happy with the changes we have made and look forward to another 100 episodes in a brand new and more professional setup!

All About Sound Episode 42: Getting in the system, part 28

On this weeks All About Sound we start the basics of studio recording by talking about instrument precautions, amps and preamps, working alone vs working with someone, setting a brighter sound, a warning about excessive lows, using click tracks, rough guitar and vocal tracks, and we start to talk about drums and drum machines.

The podcasts will be late

I'm sorry to have to say this but it appears the podcasts for today will be late to be published due to an issue I am having with my podcast client. To say the captcha system is broken would be an understatement and it appears the site itself wont let me in. For the time being I still plan to record the episodes today but I have no idea when they will go up. I will try to keep you informed and I appreciate your patience. I would have put announcements up on the individual pages but again..i'm locked out.

Update: For now the problem seems fixed. I will give you updates if that seems to be a problem again. I do plan on switching clients to fix these problems but for now as I go over the slow process of doing so I will keep you up to date on any problems I have so you will be up to date as well.
